AI-Empowered Leading SAFe 6.0 (SAFe Agilist)
Leading SAFe is the starting point for anyone leading or supporting a SAFe transformation. It covers business agility, the Lean-Agile mindset, Agile teams and ARTs, product development flow, DevOps and continuous delivery, Lean Portfolio Management, and leading Lean-Agile transformation. The AI module shows how AI-driven techniques and prompting can support leadership, decision-making and organisational alignment.

AI-Empowered SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master
A SAFe Scrum Master supports a team inside a larger Agile Release Train, not just a single team. The course covers Scrum fundamentals in a SAFe environment, the SAFe Scrum Master role, PI Planning and team alignment, iteration execution, and Inspect & Adapt. The AI module covers AI fundamentals, effective prompting and responsible AI use for Scrum Masters.

AI-Empowered SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
POPM is for the people who decide what gets built.
