RESCHEDULING POLICY

Wiselearner reserve right to accept or reject enrolment for any training workshop from any individual or corporate. Full workshop fee need to be paid in advance for confirmation of booking. Some training workshop has enrolment eligibility criteria. Training participant must provide proof of eligibility when requested.Sometime training participant may come across an unavoidable circumstance which prevent him/her from attending registered training workshop. In such case individual must inform Wiselearner IT Services training coordinator at least 3 days in advance. Training participant shall be allowed to choose next available training workshop within next 3 months. Only one instance of postponement is allowed. Training workshop fee once paid will not be refunded.We try to carefully schedule our training workshop however once in a while due to high number of reschedule request from training participant we may need to postpone a scheduled training workshop. In such cases training participants will be informed in advance and they can choose next available training workshop within next 3 months. Training workshop fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In an unforeseen circumstances a training workshop may be cancelled by Wiselearner IT Services. In such cases the fee shall be refunded to training participant in same mode the fee was paid. Customer cannot cancel any training from their side. All the fee paid will be forfeited in case where customer wish to cancel training from their side.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Wiselearner IT Services shall not be liable to you arising out of or in connection with the use of this website in contract or otherwise for any direct loss, loss of profits, business or anticipated savings, loss or damage to data or, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, whether sustained by you or any other person. In no event will wiselearner it services, its suppliers, or other approved third parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data, lost time or interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not it training zone has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
