OVERVIEW
The SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master certification equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to facilitate Agile teams within a scaled enterprise environment.
Unlike a traditional Scrum Master role that primarily focuses on a single team, the SAFe Scrum Master works within the broader Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), helping teams collaborate effectively, participate in Planning Intervals (PIs), manage iterations, remove impediments, and continuously improve their way of working.
The certification focuses on applying Scrum principles in a SAFe environment while developing the facilitation, coaching, collaboration, and servant-leadership skills needed to support high-performing Agile teams.
The training also introduces the application of AI-enabled techniques for Scrum Masters, including AI fundamentals, effective prompting, responsible AI usage, and ways AI can support day-to-day Scrum Master activities.
