OVERVIEW
P3O certification is an excellent qualification if you work in, or want to work in, portfolio, programme, or project management offices.It helps organisations support the successful delivery of their portfolio of change programmes and projects. It is suitable for porfolio, project & programme managers.
Our P3O training course has been developed to provide you with two levels of certification, the foundation level content provides the participant with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to interact effectively with, or act as an informed member of, an office within a P3O model. It enables participants to successfully complete the associated P30 Foundation exam and achieve the qualification.
The Practitioner level content provides the participant with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to design, implement, manage or work within any component office of a P3O model.It enables participants to successfully complete the associated P30 Practitioner exam and achieve the qualification.

EXAM
P30 Foundation
- Exam Format: Multiple choice examination questions
- Duration: 60 minutes
- No. of Questions: 75 questions - 70 live questions and five trials
- Open/Closed book: Closed book
- Pass mark: 35 marks required to pass (out of 70 available) – 50%.
P30 Practitioner
- Exam format: Objective testing
- Duration: 150 minutes
- No. of Questions: Four questions of 20 marks each - 80 marks in total
- Pass mark: 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
- Open/Closed book: Open book exam (Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices: P3O guide).
- Pre-Requisites: To take the P3O Practitioner examination, individuals must hold a current P3O Foundation certificate.
