Your personal information

What we collect. When you enquire, enrol, chat with us or attend training, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, city, company, job role, the course you are interested in, your message, and the information needed for enrolment, invoicing and exam registration. We also collect website usage data as described under Cookies & analytics below.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiry; to enrol you, deliver training and issue certificates; to register you for exams with the relevant certification body; to process payments and issue invoices; to send you information about courses, batches and offers that may interest you; to improve our website and services; and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with. Only with our staff, trainers and service providers who need it to serve you and who are bound by confidentiality, for example certification and exam bodies (for exam registration), payment processors, and providers of email, CRM, live chat, video conferencing and website analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to authorities only where required by law.

Storage and security. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights. In line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can reply STOP to any message or write to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without parental consent.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve it. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as pages viewed, time spent, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location (country / city) and how you arrived at our site.

Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised sessions (mouse movements, clicks and scrolling) and produce heatmaps. Text you type into forms is masked and is not sent to Clarity. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

Our live chat is provided by Zoho SalesIQ. When you contact us through an enquiry form, WhatsApp, chat or phone, we use the details you provide only as described in our Privacy Policy.

This data is processed by Google, Microsoft and Zoho under their own privacy policies: Google, Microsoft and Zoho. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; this does not affect your use of our website.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address only to send you course updates, new batch dates, free resources and offers from WiseLearner, about once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “Unsubscribe” to any of our emails or by writing to [email protected]; we will then stop sending newsletters to that address.
