This website (www.wiselearner.com, the “Site”) is operated by WiseLearner IT Services LLP (“WiseLearner”, “we”, “us”). The information, materials and course descriptions on the Site are provided to inform you about WiseLearner and its training services. While we take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and up to date, the Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate or current, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality and timely delivery.

Certification exams are set and administered by the respective certification and accreditation bodies. Exam formats, fees, eligibility and pass requirements are decided by those bodies and may change; please confirm current details with us before enrolling. Course and certification names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please write to [email protected] and we will review and correct it promptly.

Use of this website

By using this Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. If you breach these Terms, your permission to use the Site ends automatically and you must destroy any materials you have downloaded or printed from it.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and for your own personal or internal business use when learning about or purchasing our training.

Intellectual property

The Site and all its content, including text, graphics, course material, videos, logos and software, are owned by WiseLearner, its partners or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Course material provided during training is licensed to the participant for personal study only and may not be shared, recorded, resold or redistributed.

Enrolment & payment

WiseLearner reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment from an individual or organisation. A booking is confirmed only when the full course fee has been paid in advance. Fees are as quoted to you at the time of booking; applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged as per law.

Some courses and certifications have eligibility requirements set by the certification body. Participants must provide proof of eligibility when requested, and are responsible for meeting the exam body’s requirements and rules. Where an exam voucher is included, its validity and terms are set by the exam body.

Third-party websites

The Site may link to websites run by others, such as certification bodies, payment providers, YouTube or social media. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those websites and do not endorse them. You visit them at your own risk and under their own terms.

User submissions

Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Feedback, reviews, testimonials and other material you submit (other than personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy) are non-confidential, and you allow WiseLearner to use, reproduce and publish them, for example as course reviews, with your name and company as provided. You must not post anything unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise in breach of any law.

Prohibited conduct

When using the Site or our learning portal, you agree not to, personally or through anyone else:

• upload or transmit any virus, malware or other code, or do anything that harms or interferes with our systems, servers or databases;
• copy, download, record, save or redistribute course content other than for your own personal study;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, republish, license or create derivative works from any software, text, graphics, code or other content on the Site;
• remove or change any copyright, trademark or other legal notices;
• share your login, transfer content to others, or frame, mirror or deep-link to our content;
• try to access data or systems you are not authorised to access, or breach our security in any way;
• use bots, crawlers or other automated means to collect information from the Site or about other users;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• misrepresent your identity, or send messages that appear to come from WiseLearner;
• post obscene, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening or illegal material, or encourage unlawful conduct;

• do anything else that breaches the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other law of India.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseLearner, its partners and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, business, data, time or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site, any linked website, or any information or materials on them, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. WiseLearner does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Our total liability for any claim relating to a training service shall not exceed the fee you paid for that service.

Changes to services

Course details, schedules, trainers and fees shown on the Site may change without notice, and all courses are subject to availability. Information on the Site is not an offer to sell; a contract is formed only when we confirm your enrolment and payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changes on this page. Please review them regularly. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the Site. You agree to indemnify WiseLearner against any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these terms.
