  5. Start teachingWe offer you batches; you confirm the dates and deliver.

What we look for

  • A current certification in the course you want to teach - trainer accreditation is a plus, and if you do not have it yet, we will arrange it
  • Real work experience in the subject - auditors, implementers, consultants, architects, managers
  • Clear, engaging delivery in English for live online and classroom groups
  • Reliable internet, a good microphone and camera for online batches
  • Professional conduct and punctuality with corporate clients

Frequently asked questions

How are WiseLearner trainers paid?

Trainers are paid a fixed fee per training day for each batch they deliver. The day rate is agreed for each course before you start, so you know exactly what you will earn for every batch.

Which courses do you need trainers for?

We need trainers for all the courses we teach today - ITSM, cybersecurity, ISO standards, project and programme management, agile and SAFe, AI and data protection - and for any other certification course you are qualified to teach. If we do not run it yet, we can launch it with you.

Do I need to be an accredited trainer?

Not necessarily. If you already hold trainer accreditation from the exam body (for example PeopleCert, APMG or EXIN), that is a plus. If you do not, we will arrange the trainer accreditation for the courses you teach with us and support you through the process.

Can I teach from outside India?

Yes. Most batches are live online, so you can teach from anywhere. Classroom batches are in Hyderabad and corporate batches can be at the client's office in India or abroad.

Do you provide the course material?

Yes. We provide the accredited courseware, slides and exam vouchers where applicable. If you are launching a new course with us, we work with you on the material.

How long does selection take?

Usually one to two weeks: an intro call, a short demo session and agreement of your day rate. Then we start offering you batches.
