Referral terms
- The reward is up to 15% of the course list price published by WiseLearner (excluding GST), for each referred participant who enrols and pays the course fee in full. The exact reward for a referral is confirmed by email when we accept it.
- The person or company you refer must be new to WiseLearner - not already in contact with us about a course in the last 6 months.
- Referrals must be sent through this form before the person or company enrols. If two people refer the same person, the first referral received counts.
- Rewards are paid by bank transfer or UPI within 30 days after the referred batch starts, once the fee is received and the cancellation period has passed.
- You cannot refer yourself. Staff, trainers and partners on a commission agreement are covered by their own terms.
- WiseLearner may change or end the program at any time; referrals already accepted keep the terms that applied when they were sent.
Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn for a referral?
You earn up to 15% of the course list price (excluding GST) for every referred participant who enrols and pays in full - for example, up to Rs. 6,000 for a course with a list price of Rs. 40,000. We confirm the exact reward by email when we accept your referral.
Can I refer a company or a team?
Yes. Corporate referrals count too: you earn a reward of up to 15% of the course list price for every participant from that company who enrols and pays.
When is the reward paid?
By bank transfer or UPI within 30 days after the referred batch starts, once the course fee has been received and the cancellation period has passed.
Do I need to be a WiseLearner learner to refer?
No. Anyone can refer - past learners, colleagues, managers, HR and L&D professionals or friends.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Every referred participant who enrols and pays earns you a reward.
What if the person I refer already contacted WiseLearner?
The referral counts only if the person or company has not been in contact with us about a course in the last 6 months. We will tell you if a referral is already with us.
